'Dance On' -ongoing , dynamic moving meditation sessions underpinned by 'The Wave' structure of the 5 Rhythms. Come and bring your week, your day, your month; whatever is with you and your life right now and together we'll bring our arrention back to the body and drop into the sweet nourishment of the dance. All welcome whether you've danced a lot or not at all
